摘  要:某抽水储能电站项目的活门及阀体等铸件的材质是ASTM Gr80-50,由于化学成分范围限定,性能要求相对较高,采用常规热处理手段难以满足产品的技术要求。因此,通过室内试验、软件模拟,采用水-空交替淬火方式提高产品性能,最终达到用户要求。The paper introducesthat material of valves, valve body and other castings ofa pumped energy storage power plant project and the material is ASTM GR80-50. It was difficult to meet the technical requirements of the products by means of the conventional heat treatment process due to the limited range of chemical composition and relatively high performance requirements. Therefore, it has improved the product performance by applying the water-air alternating quenching heat treatment through laboratory tests and software simulation, and it has finally metthe user's requirements.
