宗喀巴大师论著中蕴含的管理思想探析

摘　　要：藏族传统哲学思想中蕴含着丰富的管理智慧。其中,宗喀巴大师的论著中蕴含管理思想具有一定的代表性。其著述中蕴含着的以人为本和个体内心管理层面的管理思想具有较强的理论性和时代特征。在社会主义社会发展的新时期,于管理学领域探索和解读藏族传统哲学思想中的管理智慧,不仅能拓展和丰富我国管理学的本土理论和方法,而且有利于藏区和谐社会的建构,有利于传统哲学思想在现实社会中发挥积极的作用。The traditional Tibetan philosophy contains plenty of management thoughts, among them the management thoughts in Master Tsongkhapa's works have a certain representativeness. His people-oriented and individual inner management thoughts have obvious theoretical and modern features. In the new period of the development of socialist society, exploring and interpreting the management thoughts in the traditional Tibetan philosophy can not only expand and enrich the management theory and methods of the China’s management science, but also contribute to the construction of a harmonious society in the Tibetan areas, which achieves the traditional philosophical thoughts playing an active role in the real society.
