马城铁矿选矿工艺设计优化研究

摘　　要：马城铁矿以建设国内选矿加工成本最低的选矿厂为目标,结合矿石性质,开展了"以破代磨、多碎少磨"和"能抛早抛"的选矿工艺设计优化研究。优化后,实现了球磨机给矿粒度和给矿量的双降低,大幅降低了选矿加工成本。Macheng Iron Mine aims at building a concentrator with the lowest processing cost in China,and combines the ore properties,carries out the optimization research on the concentrating process design of"replacing grinding with more grinding with less grinding"and"throwing early".After optimization,the double reduction of feed size and feed volume of ball mill is realized,and the cost of beneficiation and processing is greatly reduced.
