苍耳子鼻炎胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨苍耳子鼻炎胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月—2018年5月在山东省巨野县人民医院治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者102例,随机分为对照组(51例)和治疗组(51例)。对照组患者口服克拉霉素缓释胶囊,1粒/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服苍耳子鼻炎胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。两组均连续治疗2周。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者血清炎性因子水平和临床症状评分。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为80.39%,显著低于治疗组的96.08%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者流涕、鼻塞、嗅差和头痛症状评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者上述临床症状明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苍耳子鼻炎胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著,可显著降低炎性细胞因子水平,且安全性高,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Cangerzi Biyan Capsules combined with clarithromycin in treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods Patients(102 cases) with chronic sinusitis in People’s Hospital of Juye County in Shandong Province from February 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control(51 cases) and treatment(51 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clarithromycin Sustained Release Capsules, 1 grains/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Cangerzi Biyan Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the serum inflammatory factor levels, the clinical symptoms scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 80.39%, which was significantly lower than 96.08% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, and hs-CRP levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and the serum inflammatory factor levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptoms scores of rhinorrhea, rhinobyon, poor sense of smell and headache in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Cangerzi Biyan Capsules combined with clarithromycin has significant curative effect on chronic sinusitis, can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
