摘 要:合成了硅氧烷杂化苯并恶嗪热固性树脂(SiBOZ),对其分子结构、热固化过程和层压复合材料的力学性能与耐热性能进行了表征。结果表明:SiBOZ较双酚A型苯并恶嗪粘度低,固化区间相近,固化峰值高(约为246.5℃)。SiBOZ固化物900℃的残炭率为53%,远高于双酚A型苯并恶嗪的残炭率31%。SiBOZ石英布增强层压板复合材料的室温弯曲强度(512 MPa)比双酚A型苯并恶嗪(812 MPa)低,但随着温度升高弯曲强度的衰减要慢得多,300℃时SiBOZ复合材料弯曲强度保持率37.2%,而双酚A型苯并恶嗪复合材料仅保持5.7%、接近失效。The siloxane-hybridized benzoxazine thermosetting resin(SiBOZ) was synthesized,and its molecular structure,thermal curing process,mechanical properties and heat resistance of the laminated composite were characterized. The results showed that the SiBOZ had lower viscosity than bisphenol A benzoxazine,similar curing range and higher curing peak(about 246. 5 ℃). The char yield at 900 ℃ of the SiBOZ cured product was 53 %,which was much higher than that of the bisphenol A type benzoxazine(31 %). The flexural strength(512 MPa) at room temperature of SiBOZ quartz cloth reinforced laminate composite was lower than that of bisphenol A benzoxazine(812 MPa),but the flexural strength decayed much more slowly with the increasing of temperature. The flexural strength retention of SiBOZ composite at 300 ℃ was37. 2 %,while the bisphenol A benzoxazine composite remained only 5. 7 %,nearly ineffective.
