摘　　要：历史文化村镇保护研究是当前实施“乡村振兴战略”的一项科研工作,面临着复杂的发展态势通过我国历史文化村镇保护阶段及研究情况的整体梳理,从本体认知、保护干预和利用发展三个层面系统归纳了我国村镇保护研究的基本内容和典型观点,在此基础上总结其“多学科参与、多理念驱动、多方法介入”等三大研究特点,并探讨了“城乡一体、产业更替、时空压缩”等影响当前村镇保护的三大驱动因素,最后从内容拓展、方法深入和实践改良三个方面提出历史文化村镇保护研究的趋势与展望。Researches on the preservation of historic villages and towns complement the implementation of the "Village Revitalization Strategy" but they face many challenges. Based on a review of the preservation stages and existing researches done in China, the paper summarizes the basic con tent and mainstream viewpoints in village and town preservation in tenns of ontological cognition, conservation intervention and heritage utilization. It is found that researches on preservation are multi-disciplinary, and driven by diverse concepts and methods. The paper also discusses three major factors in the preservation practice, such as urban-rural integration, industrial restructuring, and space-time compression. Finally, the paper projects the trend and prospect of future researches on villages and towns preservation from three aspects, namely content expansion, methodological depth and practical improvement.
