摘　　要：介绍延续护理的概念、干预内容、开展方式和效果评价,总结延续护理在青光眼出院病人中的应用状况,旨在为我国青光眼护理工作者提供参考,进一步规范延续护理工作流程,提高病人护理满意度。It introduced the concept,intervention content,development methods and effect evaluation of continuity of nursing.It summarized the application status of continuity of nursing in glaucoma discharge patients,so as to provide reference for glaucoma care workers in China,further standardize the continuity of nursing work process and improve patients′ care satisfaction.
