摘　　要：目的:观察运用中医药治疗重型冠心病睡眠障碍患者的效果。方法:选取1例重型冠心病睡眠障碍患者作为本次研究的观察对象,比较患者在治疗前与治疗后每周的安眠药服用次数,患者在治疗前与治疗后心悸胸闷气短乏力纳差等情况的变化。结果:治疗后冠心病患者每周服用安眠药的次数显著比治疗前少,睡眠障碍得到有效改善,治疗后心悸胸闷气短乏力纳差等情况得到了明显改善,治疗前不能起床,不能自理,治疗后不但能自理,而且每日能走2公里,饮食有增,二便如常。结论:将中医药疗法运用在重型冠心病睡眠障碍患者的医治当中,可以让患者的临床病症得到有效消除。Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on severe coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with sleep disorder. Methods: A total of 1 patient with sleep disorder of severe coronary heart disease was selected as the object of observation in this study,and the number of weekly sleeping pills taken by the patients before and after treatment was compared. Results: The number of coronary heart disease patients to take sleeping pills every week after treatment than before treatment significantly less,to effectively improve sleep disorders,palpitations,chest,short short fatigue inappetence after treatment significantly improved,cannot get up before treatment,cannot provide for oneself,not only can provide for oneself,after treatment and daily can walk 2 kilometres,diet has increased,mainland as usual. Conclusion: the application of Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of patients with severe coronary heart disease sleep disorder can effectively eliminate the clinical symptoms of patients.
