运动发育推拿法联合针灸对于小儿脑瘫的临床疗效及睡眠状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究运动发育推拿法与针灸联合用于小儿脑瘫康复治疗中的效果。方法:选取2012—2018年期间福建省荣誉军人康复医院收治的脑瘫患儿200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组行针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上联合运动发育推拿法治疗。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为96. 0%,高于对照组的70. 0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。同时,观察组治疗后的MDI、PDI均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。经比较,治疗后,观察组患儿的各项CSHQ评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。由此可知,观察组患儿治疗后的睡眠治疗更优。结论:小儿脑瘫康复治疗中针灸联合运动发育推拿法的应用效果显著,可推广。Objective: To explore the effect of sports development massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in children. Methods: A total of 200 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from 2012 to 2018 were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with sports development massage. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05).Meanwhile,the MDI and PDI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05).After treatment,the CSHQ scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05).Thus,the effect of observation group after treatment of children with sleep treatment is better. Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with sports development massage in rehabilitation treatment of cerebral palsy in children has significant effect and can be popularized.
