摘　　要：水牛奶业是云南奶业发展的优势与潜力所在。近年来水牛奶业在发展上虽然取得了一定的成效,但也面临着很多的问题与困难,陷入发展的困境之中。为了找到突破云南水牛奶业发展困境的出路,笔者对云南水牛奶业发展现状及困境进行深入分析,探寻云南水牛奶业持续健康发展的路径。The buffalo milk industry is the advantage and potential of the dairy industry in Yunnan Province. In recent years,although some achievements have been made in the development of buffalo milk industry,it is also faced with many problems and difficulties,falling into the predicament of development. In order to find a way to break through the dilemma of the development of buffalo milk industry in Yunnan,the author analyzes the present situation and preclicament of buffalo milk production in Yunnan and explores the path of its sustainable and healthy development.
