摘 要:通过对S国有控股公司私有化改制过程中职工身份置换事件的描述分析,解释国企职工在改制过程中,面对劳动权利的侵权,职工群体性的消极妥协回应及其行动逻辑。身份认同弱化、社保断缴危机、工会组织失语以及忌惮企业威权是影响他们采取消极妥协行动策略的主要因素。其行为选择嵌入社会保障制度、劳动用工制度及国企产权制度变革之中,既有社会保障制度和劳动用工制度改革所带来的国企身份优势弱化影响推动,也受劳动用工制度和国有产权制度变迁基础上所产生的企业权力结构变动制约。By describing the identity replacement of employees in the privatization reform of state-owned holding company, this paper explains the collective negative response of workers and action logic to violation of their labor rights in the process of reform. The weakening of identity, the pressure of social security severance, the silence of Trade Unions and the fear of corporate authoritarianism are main factors that lead to their negative strategies. Embedded in the reform of social security system, labor employment system and property right system of stateowned enterprises, their action choice is both driven by the weakening of the status advantage of state-owned enterprises caused by the reform of social security system and labor employment system and controlled by the change of power structure of enterprises based on the change of labor employment system and state-owned property right system.
