诱发凝块血形成因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解凝块血形成的诱发因素,为减少因凝块血造成血液报废提供依据。方法收集本中心2013—2017年报废血液数据中凝块血液的资料,据此针对本中心2017年可能导致凝块血形成的因素展开调查分析。结果 2013—2017年本中心凝块血液报废率由0.21‰上升至1.09‰,占全部报废血液的比例由0.23%(20/8 722)上升至1.53%(109/7 117);2017年凝块血形成的主要原因与采血者技术水平、血液流速、采血场所和所用采血袋的批次等因素有关。结论采取提高采血技术水平、缩短血液采集时间、加强无偿献血知识宣传以及优化采血器材、环境等措施,有助于消除凝块血造成的血液报废。Objective To understand the inducing factors of blood clots,and provide scientific reference data aiming at reducing blood discards. Methods Data of blood discarded owing to blood clot during 2013 to 2017 of our center was collected, and the factors contributing to blood clot formation in 2017 were analyzed. Results The discard rate owing to blood blot,which was 0. 21‰ in 2013,increased up to 1. 09‰ in 2017,along increased the proportion of blood blot in the causes of blood discard over the years,from 0. 23%( 20 /8 722) to 1. 53%( 109 /711). The main factors contributing to clot formation in 2017 were the puncture technique of staff,blood flow rate,environmental factors in blood collection sites,and each Lot. of blood bags.Conclusion According to the causes of blood clot,we should improve the puncture technique of staff, shorten blood collection time,strengthen the publicity of blood donation,and optimize the management of equipment and environment in donation site to lower the waste of blood resources .
