家蚕品种秋丰×白玉耐氟性状的遗传分析及耐氟主效基因的初步定位

摘　　要：家蚕品种秋丰×白玉是一对耐氟性较强的夏秋用蚕品种,其中以亲本白玉A的耐氟性最强。以白玉A与耐氟性较弱的皓月B为亲本组配各种杂交世代进行耐氟性的遗传分析,结果表明在一定浓度的氟化物添食范围内,其耐氟性遗传呈显性遗传,受主效基因控制,并且具有部分伴性遗传效应和明显的杂种优势。利用SSR分子标记对耐氟性状进行连锁分析,初步确定耐氟主效基因与第12连锁群中的2个标记(chr12-2990-1和chr12-2990-2)紧密连锁。Silkworm variety Qiufeng×Baiyu for summer and autumn using has strong fluoride tolerance,of which the parent Baiyu A has the strongest fluoride tolerance.According to genetic analysis on fluoride tolerance of various hybrid generations of Baiyu A and Haoyue B with low fluoride tolerance,fluoride tolerance inheritance is a dominant inheritance controlled by major genes and has partial sex-linked inheritance effect and obvious heterosis within certain concentration of fluoride.It can be preliminarily determined that the fluorine-tolerant major gene is closely linked to two markers(chr12-2990-1 and chr12-2990-2)on the 12 th linkage group based on the linkage analysis on fluoride tolerance with the help of the SSR molecular markers.
