摘  要:印度中央丝绸委员会蚕丝技术研究中心研制了一种新的缫丝机。传统缫丝过程中,8~10根茧丝沿着垂直方向缠绕在滚筒上,而新研制的缫丝机可以在缫丝过程中利用一个差速旋转装置使蚕丝与其他纤维沿平行方向混纺制备蚕丝包芯丝,制备的包芯丝膨松度是传统缫丝机缫制生丝的3倍。以棉纤维、粘胶纤维和聚酯纤维等为芯丝制备蚕丝包芯丝,对其缫丝性能及品质指标进行测试的结果表明,不同种类蚕丝包芯丝的直径、缫折、出丝率、生丝回收率、质量损失率等缫丝性能指标以及平均纤度、纤度偏差、纤度最大偏差、断裂强度、延展度等品质指标均有显著差异。以蚕丝包芯丝为纬线,蚕丝为经线制作的织物,其克重、厚度、捻度、抗拉强度、撕裂强度、卷曲率、耐磨性和抗挠刚度等比普通蚕丝织物均有明显改善。Central Silk Technological Research Institute(CSTRI)has developed a machine to produce bulky raw silk using differential rotary traverse mechanism during reeling process.Generally the cocoon filaments are assembled in reeling machine towards the vertical axis and wound on to the reels to produce raw silk.It was thought to assemble the cocoon filaments parallel to the axis using differential rotary traverse mechanism developed by CSTRI,so that resultant raw silk would have bulky structure.CSTRI has produced various types of web structured bulky raw silk using core yarns like silk,cotton,viscose and polyester.Thus,it was found that the core yarn had significant influence on reeling characteristics,namely diameter,renditta,raw silk percentage,raw silk recovery percentage and waste percentage of silk weight,and quality characteristics including average size,size deviation,maximum size deviation,tenacity and elongation.The bulkiness of web structured yarn and web structured yarn with core yarns produced by this machine was three times bulkier than the yarn produced by regular reeling machine with the same number of cocoons.Using web structured yarn and web structured yarn with core yarns made of viscose and twisted silk as weft and raw silk as warp,fabric was developed and fabric characteristics were studied.The bulky raw silk fabric with core yarns showed better properties in terms of fabric mass,fabric thickness,twist,tensile strength,tearing strength,crimp percentgae,abrasion resistance and fluxtural rigity.
