摘 要:以天然的矿物材料火山岩(VR)为原料,经酸改性制备无机絮凝剂(VRF),对其进行了表观分析,研究了对人工模拟的无机胶体废水和牛奶废水絮体和沉降速度的影响,并且与聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行了比较。结果表明,VR自身没有絮凝效果,盐酸和硫酸的改性可以制成性能良好的絮凝剂VRF,但硫酸更环保。粒径为筛孔58μm的VR粉体经质量分数25%的硫酸改性后得到的VRF絮凝效果最佳。VRF和PAC投加量对2种模拟废水絮凝后上清液的浊度和ζ电位的影响规律大致相同,优化条件下对模拟牛奶废水浊度的除浊率分别可达到97.57%和98.7%。VRF对模拟牛奶废水的絮凝沉降速度要比PAC速度快、絮体体积小。VRF是一种新型的矿物材料絮凝剂。Volcanic rock flocculant(VRF)was prepared by modifying a natural mineral material volcanic rock(VR)with acid.The apparent analysis was carried out to study the effects of artificially simulated inorganic colloidal wastewater and milk wastewater flocs and flocculation velocity,and compared with polyaluminum chloride(PAC).The results showed that the VR had no flocculation effect,while the modification by hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid turned it to a satisfied inorganic mineral material flocculant(VRF),but the modification of sulfuric acid was more environmentally friendly.The modified VRF prepared by VR crushed in a mesh size of 58 μm and modified by 25% sulfuric acid had a better flocculation effect.The effect of VRF and PAC dosages on the turbidity and zeta potential of the supernatant was identical to treat two simulated wastewater,under the optimized conditions,the turbidity removal efficiency of simulated milk wastewater reached 97.57% and 98.7%,respectively.The flocculation settling velocity and floc volume of VRF for simulated milk wastewater was faster and smaller than that of PAC.VRF is a new type of mineral flocculant.
