摘 要:以苯乙酮废酸、含铝废渣及工业废碱为原料,利用高速分散均质技术制备新型无渣聚合氯化铝(ESM-PAC),探究了底物初始温度、分散转速、分散时间及工业废碱流量4个因素对ESM-PAC产品中聚合铝含量及聚合率的影响,并初步评价了ESM型聚氯化铝的混凝沉淀效果。结果表明,高速分散均质技术制备新型无渣聚氯化铝的优化工艺条件为:底物初始温度40℃,分散转速12 kr/min、分散时间2 h、工业废碱体积流量50 L/h,且新型ESM-PAC更具流动性与分散性,COD及浊度去除率较传统市售PAC高5~10个百分点。Using acetophenone waste acid,aluminum residue and industrial waste alkali as raw materials,the ESM type polyaluminum chloride(ESMPAC)was prepared by the high-speed dispersion homogenization technology,the effects of the initial temperature of the substrate,the dispersion rate,the dispersion time,and the industrial waste alkali flow on the content of the polymeric aluminum and the polymerization rate in the ESM-polyaluminum chloride(ESM-PAC)product were investigated,and the coagulating sedimentation efficiency of ESM-PAC was preliminarily evaluated.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of ESM-PAC by high-speed dispersion homogenization technology were as follow,the initial temperature of the substrate was 40 ℃,the dispersion rate was 12 kr/min,dispersion time was 2 h and the industrial waste alkali flow was 50 L/h.The new ESM-PAC had better fluidity and dispersibility,the COD and turbidity removal rates were 5% to 10% higher than conventional commercial PAC.
