摘　　要：虚拟电厂间通过签订双边合同进行交易,能够实现功率互补,提高合作双方的灵活性和经济性。考虑虚拟电厂运行约束及配电网安全约束条件,建立计及配电网线路开关重构的虚拟电厂优化调度模型,同时考虑多虚拟电厂之间的电量交易,建立合同电价优化定价策略。为了使模型可解,采用二阶锥规划,将复杂的非凸非线性问题转化为一个典型的混合整数二阶锥模型,极大地提高了求解效率。为了增强合作性,引入合作满意度的概念,使得制定的合同电价达到双方满意度均衡状态下最优。最后对实际算例进行测试,结果表明:多虚拟电厂联合调度能够有效缓解可再生能源出力波动造成的收益风险,提高整体收益;满意度概念的引入可以制定出令双方都有意向签订的最优合同电价;所采用的二阶锥模型提高了计算效率。Virtual power plant(VPP)can provide complementary power through signing bilateral contracts,and hence improve the flexibility and economic efficiency of partners.Based on the concept of the technical virtual power plant,an optimal scheduling model of VPP with line switching reconfiguration of distribution network is built by considering operation constraints of VPP and security constraints of distribution network,while an optimal pricing strategy for contract price is built by considering electricity transactions among multiple VPPs.To avoid computational complexity,the second-order cone programming is used to transform the non-convex and nonlinear problem into a typical mixed integer second-order cone model,which can greatly improve the computational efficiency.The concept of cooperation satisfaction is introduced to produce an optimal contract price,in which both sides are satisfied with enhanced cooperation.Test results indicate that the multiple VPP coordinated scheduling can effectively reduce the return risk caused by the fluctuation of renewable energy source output.Meanwhile,the introduction of satisfaction concept provides an optimal contract price that both parties are willing to sign.In addition,the proposed second-order cone model greatly improves the computational efficiency.
