摘　　要：患者女,69岁。全身反复起红斑水疱伴痒半年,加重半月。患者伴有消瘦,低血钾,贫血,低蛋白,舌炎,尿糖血糖升高。皮损组织病理示:表皮上部坏死。诊断:坏死性松解性游走性红斑。A 69-year-old female presented with recurrent erythema and blisters with itchy for half a year. Half a month ago,the symptom aggravated,accompanied with emaciation,hypokalemia,anemia,Hypoproteinemia,glossitis, elevated blood and urine glucose. The histopathologic showed necrosis of the epidermis. The diagnosis of necrolytic migratory reythema was made.
