亚临床甲状腺功能减退与多囊卵巢综合征的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探析亚临床甲状腺功能减退(SCH)与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)者间的相关作用及关系。方法选取2017年3月-2018年2月在湖北省江陵县人民医院接受诊断治疗的52例SCH伴PCOS者和55例单纯PCOS患者作为本次研究的观察组和对照组。比较两组的生化指标、性激素及甲状腺功能指标水平。分析SCH伴PCOS患者血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)与生化指标、性激素及甲状腺功能指标的相关性。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)、TSH水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾丸酮(T)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。SCH伴PCOS者血清TSH与P呈显著正相关性(P <0. 01),而与其他指标均无明显相关性(P> 0. 05)。结论 SCH对PCOS的代谢异常具有一定的促进作用,增加了PCOS不良妊娠风险。Objective To analyze the interaction and relationship of SCH and PCOS. Methods 52 patients with SCH with PCOS and 55 patients with PCOS received treatment at our hospital from March,2017 to February,2018 were selected as the observe group and control group,respectively. The levels of biochemical markers,sex hormones and thyroid function indexes in two groups were compared. The relationship between serum TSH level and biochemical markers,sex hormones and thyroid function indexes levels in the SCH with PCOS patients was analyzed. Results The FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,PRL,TSH levels in observe group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the LH,FSH,T levels were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). The serum TSH level had positive correlation with P in the SCH with PCOS patients( P < 0. 01),and it had no significant correlation with other factors( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The SCH has a vital catalytic role in the metabolic disorder of PCOS,which increases the occurrence rate of abnormal pregnancy of PCOS patients.
