摘  要:提出一种新型四极轨道电磁发射器模型,并对其进行数值分析及有限元仿真。设计了四极轨道和三叶花瓣状抛体,通过抛体的三组径向电流与四极轨道产生的三组环向磁场正交。环向磁场和流过抛体的径向电流相互作用产生轴向加速力。此外,新型四极轨道电磁发射器的结构设计有利于克服发射过程带来的巨大振动,提高发射精度和准确性。基于理论计算和有限元验证,对抛体的电流及磁场分布进行了分析。结果表明:与传统轨道电磁发射器相比,四极轨道电磁发射器能产生更大的轴向加速力。同时随着轨道电流的增加,抛体所受推进力也会增加。This paper presents a new type of quadrupole rail electromagnetic launcher,numerical analysis and finite element simulation are carried out.Design the four polar orbit and the three pages of petal shaped projectile,the three groups of radical currents through projectile are orthogonal to the three groups of circumferential magnetic field generated by the four polar orbits. Radical currents through projectile and Toroidal magnetic field interact to produce axial acceleration.In addition,the new type of quadrupole rail structure design of electromagnetic launcher is helpful to overcome the process brings the enormous vibration and improve launch accuracy.Based on theoretical calculation and finite element verification,this paper analysis current distribution and magnetic field distribution on projectile.The results show that quadrupole rail electromagnetic launcher can produce greater axial acceleration than traditional orbital electromagnetic launcher.As the orbital current increases,the propelling force will also increase.
