摘　　要：以全球重要农业文化遗产——内蒙古敖汉旱作农业系统为切入点,在乡村振兴战略视域下,研究了敖汉旱作农业系统保护与传承存在的问题及其生成机制,进而提出了三个有针对性的对策:通过教育与培训,全面增强干部与村民的主动意识;从完善相关法律法规和设置专门机构、创新投入机制、完善考核评价机制、创新队伍建设机制等入手,促进治理现代化;通过努力维护地理环境原貌、全力保护与传承非物质文化遗产、加大传统种质资源保护与传承力度、延伸旱作农产品产业链如发展"拨面经济",实现原生态整体保护与传承的目的。Taking Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems--the Inner Mongolia Aohan dryland farming system as the starting point, from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy, the problems and generation mechanism of Aohan dryland farming system protection and inheritance were studied, three targeted countermeasures have been raised:comprehensively enhance the initiative of cadres and villagers through education and training;promote the modernization of governance from the improvement of relevant laws and regulations, the establishment of specialized institutions, innovative investment mechanisms, improvement of evaluation and evaluation mechanisms, and innovation team building mechanisms. By striving to maintain the original appearance of the geographical environment, fully protect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage, increase the protection and inheritance of traditional germplasm resources, and extend the industrial chain of dry farming agricultural products, such as the development of the "Bo-mian(Buckwheat noodles) economy", to achieve the goal of overall protection and inheritance of the original ecology.
