静脉预注地佐辛与咪达唑仑合剂对舒芬太尼诱发咳嗽反射的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察全麻诱导前静脉注射地佐辛与咪达唑仑合剂对舒芬太尼引发咳嗽反射的影响。[方法]择期成人全麻手术患者200例,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,随机均分为A、B、C、D四组,观察记录在插管前患者咳嗽反射的发生率和强度,记录插管前后SBP、DBP和HR的变化。[结果]在静脉注射舒芬太尼后1 min时A、B两组血压、心率明显低于C、D组(P <0.05),余各时点四组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。A、B两组咳嗽反射的发生率及强度均明显低于C、D组(P <0.01),而A组咳嗽反射的发生率及强度又明显低于B组(P <0.05)。[结论]静脉预先注射地佐辛与咪达唑仑合剂可有效降低舒芬太尼在全麻诱导时引发咳嗽反射发生率。[Objective]To observe the effect of intravenous injection of dezocine and midazolam on cough reflex induced by sufentanil before induction of general anesthesia.[Methods]200 cases of adult general anesthesia,ASA I or class II,were randomly divided into four groups: A,B,C,D.The incidence and intensity of cough before intubation were recorded,and the changes of SBP,DBP and HR before and after intubation were recorded.[Results]Compared with group C and D,the blood pressure and heart rate were significant lower in group A and B at 1 min time after injection of sufentanil(P<0.05),and no significant difference between the four groups at the remaining time points(P>0.05).Compared with group C and D,The incidence and intensity of cough were significant lower in group A and B(P<0.01).Compared with group B,the incidence and intensity of cough were significant lower in group A(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Intravenous injection of dezocine and midazolam can effectively reduce the incidence of cough induced by sufentanil during general anesthesia induction.
