摘  要:为研究钢渣沥青混合料在碾压过程中的温度散失规律,采用数值方法建立了松铺和密实2种状态下钢渣沥青混合料碾压温度场分析模型,研究了初始温度、铺层厚度以及不同环境条件下钢渣沥青混合料碾压温度随时间的变化规律,并计算钢渣沥青混合料的最短和最长有效压实时间。结果表明:掺有钢渣的沥青混合料对施工温度变化的影响不大;有效压实时间随着风速的降低以及初始温度、铺层厚度、大气温度或太阳辐射强度的增加而延长,而松铺沥青混合料碾压初期降温速率快于密实沥青混合料。In order to study the temperature loss law of steel slag asphalt mixture during rolling process,the numerical analysis method was used to establish the rolling temperature field analysis model of steel slag asphalt mixture under the condition of looseness and compaction.The variation rule of rolling temperature of steel slag asphalt with time under initial temperature,pavement thickness and different environmental conditions was studied,and the shortest and longest effective pressure real-time of steel slag asphalt mixture was calculated.The results show that the asphalt mixture with steel slag has little effect on the construction temperature change;the effective compaction time prolongs with the decrease of wind speed,the increase of initial temperature,pavement thickness,atmospheric temperature or solar radiation intensity,while the cooling rate of loose asphalt mixture is faster than that of compact asphalt mixture in the initial rolling stage.
