脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚Gemini磷酸酯的制备及加脂性能

摘　　要：以C16-18混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O-3, O-6,O-10, O-12)、二元醇及三氯氧磷为原料,制备出了系列脂肪醇醚Gemini磷酸盐产物。通过IR分析了产物的基本结构,并探讨了产物结构中的联结基长度、环氧乙烷加合数(EO)对其表面活性和加脂性能的影响。结果表明:随联结基长度和EO数的增加,Gemini磷酸酯盐的表面活性和抗静电性增强,临界胶束浓度降低,产物相应的临界胶束浓度分别为:CMC4-012值为7.5×10^-5moL/L,γCMC 为 43. 5 mN/m;CMC10-O3 值为9×10^-5 moL/L,7CMC为41. 7mN/m;加脂后坯革的抗张强度、撕裂强度和柔软度相应降低。其中,4-O3磷酸酯盐的加脂性能最优,经其加脂后坯革的抗张强度可达215. 16 N/mm^2,撕裂强度为70.04N/mm,柔软度为9. 5mm。A series of fatty alcohol ether Gemini phosphate salts were prepared by using C16_18 fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether( O-3, O-6, O-10, O-12), diatomic alcohol and phosphorus oxychloride as raw materials. The basic structure of the product was analyzed by 1R, the effect of linker length and ethylene oxide addition ( EO) on the surface activity and fatliquoring performance of the product was studied. The results show that the surface activity and antistatic property of Gemini phosphate increase with the increasing of binding length and EO number, while the critical micelle concentration decreases. The corresponding critical density CMC4-O12 is 7. 5×10^-5 moL/L,γCMC is 43. 5 mN/ m;CMC10-O3 is 9×10^-5 moL/L, Ycmc is 41. 7 mN/m;the tensile strength , tear strength and softness of leather reduce after fatliquoring. The fatliquoring performance of 4-O3 phosphate ester is the best, the tensile strength of leather reaches 215. 16 N/mnF , the tear strength is 70. 04 N/mm and the softness is 9. 5 mm.
