摘  要:针对新景煤矿洗煤厂原来破碎机生产效率低、高能耗、磨损严重、使用寿命短等缺陷,优化改进了颚式破碎机的机架、动颚板、破碎衬板、推力板、飞轮、调节装置等机构,还设计了颚式破碎机机构啮角、动颚水平行程的结构参数。对改进优化的颚式破碎机在新景矿洗煤厂进行了工业性实践,实践表明改进优化后的颚式破碎机具有生产效率高、性能优良、低能耗、运行平稳、使用寿命长等优势。Aiming at the defects of the original crusher in Xinjing Coal Mine Preparation Plant, such as low production efficiency, high energy consumption, serious wear and short service life, the frame, moving jaw plate, crushing lining board, thrust plate and flywheel of the jaw crusher are optimized and improved. The structure parameters of rodent angle and horizontal stroke of jaw crusher are also designed. The industrial practice of the improved jaw crusher in Xinjing Coal Mine Preparation Plant shows that the optimized jaw crusher has the advantages of high production efficiency, excellent performance, low energy consumption, stable operation and long service life, etc. The results show that the improved jaw crusher has the advantages of high production efficiency, excellent performance, low energy consumption, stable operation and long service life.
