摘  要:针对采煤机用隔爆型三相异步电动机在使用过程中存在的问题,对电动机进行了优化设计,从电动机的电磁部分以及结构出发,对电动机的机座、端盖、转轴以及轴承进行了相应改进,在确保电动机的各项性能指标符合要求的同时,提高了电动机的适应能力,确保了该电动机在复杂的开采环境下可以正常稳定地运行。通过样机试制试验可知,该电动机的工作效果良好,产品技术水平较高,不仅在煤矿井下得到了广泛的应用,还为煤矿企业解决此类问题提供了借鉴和参考。Aiming at the problems existing in the use of the explo sion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor for shearer, this paper optimizes the design of the motor, starting from the electromagnetic part and the structure of the motor, to the base and end cover of the motor, The rotor shaft and bearing are improved to ensure that the performance of the motor meets the requirements, and the adaptability of the motor is improved, which ensures that the motor can run normally and stably under the complicated mining environment. The test results of the prototype show that the motor has good working effect and high technical level. It is not only widely used in underground coal mine, but also solved by coal mine enterprises. This kind of problem provides reference and reference.
