摘  要:为解决主井提升机电动机冷却系统无法满足生产需求问题,结合企业实际情况将冷却系统改进为全封闭式冷却系统,并在此基础上,对冷却系统进一步提出增大通风量、冷却空气介质、降低循环冷却水三种改造方案,最终确定降低循环冷却水方案更加满足企业实际条件。从现场检验结果来看,冷却系统的冷却能力有了明显的提高,电动机温度得到了有效的控制。In order to solve the problem that the motor cooling system of the main shaft hoist can not meet the production demand, the cooling system is improved to a fully enclosed cooling system according to the actual situation of the enterprise, and on this basis, For the cooling system, it is further proposed to increase the ventilation volume, cool the air medium, and reduce the circulating cooling water. Finally, the scheme of reducing the circulating cooling water is determined to meet the actual conditions of the enterprise. From the field test results, the cooling capacity of the cooling system has been obviously improved, and the motor temperature has been effectively controlled.
