摘 要:在分析金属片弯曲机传统的继电器控制特点的基础上,从PLC选型、输入/输出点分配、气动系统、PLC程序设计等方面介绍了PLC及气动技术在金属片弯曲机中的应用。由分析得出结论:该控制系统采用气动、PLC控制系统来代替传统的继电器控制,不仅机械部分调整简单,系统稳定易维护,而且使得生产过程绿色环保。On the Basis of analyzing the traditional relay control characteristics of metal sheet bending machine, this paper introduces the application of PLC and pneumatic technology in metal sheet Bending machine from the aspects of PLC selection, input / output point distribution, pneumatic system. PLC program design, etc. It is concluded from the analysis that the control system adopts pneumatic and PLC control system instead of the traditional relay control system, which not only makes the mechanical part adjustment simple, the system stable and easy to maintain, but also makes the production process green and environmentally friendly.
