摘 要:针对目前煤矿井下液压支架自动监控薄弱的现状,提出了一种新的基于双CAN总线的煤矿井下液压支架远程监控系统,实现了液压支架工作状态信息和各项数据采集的自动化和故障诊断、故障报警功能,极大地提升了煤矿井下液压支架远程监控系统的自动化和智能化程度,对确保液压支架工作状态的实时监测,确保液压支架的安全、可靠、稳定工作具有十分重要的意义。In view of the current situation of the weak automatic monitoring of the underground hydraulic support in the coal mine, a new remote monitoring system for the underground hydraulic support of the coal mine based on the double CAN bus is proposed, and the working state information of the hydraulic support and the automatic and fault diagnosis of various data acquisition are realized.
