摘　　要：介绍了竹林山煤矿两部皮带机电机断轴事故情况,主要从事故原因上、检修过程中存在问题及防范措施展开分析,进一步通过分析限矩型液力偶合器的工作原理机及所具备的优点,对实际的充油量进行合理的确定,希望可以在此研究基础上,能够对限矩型液力偶合器的研究有足够的重视,进而在矿带式输送机之中得到广泛的应用。This paper introduces the accident of broken shaft of two belt motors in Zhulinshan Coal Mine, mainly from the accident reason, the problems existing in the maintenance process and the preventive measures are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the working principle and advantages of the torque-limited hydraulic coupling, the actual filling capacity is reasonably determined, and it is hoped that sufficient attention can he paid to the research of the moment-limited hydraulic coupling on the basis of this research. Then it is widely used in mine belt conveyor.
