摘  要:随着相关文件、若干意见的提出,各大城市都在推广建设开放街区,提倡街区制。传统的中心商住区用地高度开发、交通拥挤、堵塞日趋严重,而其街道空间对城市整体环境有着重要影响。因此文章提出从街道的交通功能和空间功能两方面来综合衡量街道,利用大数据对交通拥堵状况进行科学的分析,通过研究交通方面的车流量和服务水平、空间方面的可达性可视性,对这两者进行等级量化,根据级别的不同,来选择开放街区打造优化的时间顺序以及力度,明确何种级别的街道需要何种改进方式,为开放街区的实施提供科学性和准确性。With the submission of relevant documents and several opinions, major cities are promoting the construction of open blocks and promoting the block system. The traditional central commercial and residential areas have high land development, traffic congestion, and blockages, and their street space has an important impact on the overall environment of the city. Therefore, this paper proposes to comprehensively measure the street from the traffic function and spatial function of the street, and use the big data to analyze the traffic congestion situation scientifically, and to study the traffic visibility and service level in the traffic, and the accessibility visibility in the space. To quantify the two, according to the different levels, choose the open time to create an optimized time sequence and intensity, to determine what level of street needs improvement, to provide scientific and accurate implementation of the open block.
