摘　　要：随着城镇化的高速推进,老龄化和空心化已成为当下乡村面临的主要问题,适老化居住问题也越来越受到学界关注。文章以大摆衣村为例,通过对老年人居住环境的调研,分析了当前大摆衣村在传统民居和公共基础服务设施方面存在的问题,并结合老年人对空间及环境的需求,提出了乡村适老化设计原则,选取了具有代表性的传统民居以及村落公共基础设施进行适老化更新设计,试图探索出乡村的适老化更新设计策略。With the rapid progress of urbanization, aging and hollowing-out have become the main problems facing the countryside at present, and the problem of elderly-oriented residential has attracted more and more attention from the academic circle. Based on the investigation of the living environment of the elderly, this paper takes Dabaiyi village as an example, analyzes the problems existing in the traditional houses and public service facilities in Dabaiyi village, and puts forward the elderly-oriented design principles in combination with the needs of the elderly for space and environment. This paper also selects the representative traditional houses and public service facilities to carry out the elderly-oriented renewal design, and tries to explore the strategies for elderly-oriented renewal design in rural areas.
