摘 要:波纹管广泛应用于建筑工业领域中的隔振排桩,对减小建筑振动有重要作用。它的损伤情况直接关系到相关构件的使用寿命和正常功能,对其进行无损检测是评价其工作状况的有效手段。本文建立了波纹管的有限元模型,对其导波模态进行了分析,得到了其相应频散曲线。运用有限元仿真软件模拟了超声导波在波纹管上的传播过程,提出了基于合成聚焦的算法,得到了合成聚焦后的信号。研究结果表明,该方法可以准确地获得缺陷的位置和缺陷的形状,大幅提高了可靠性和准确性,对波纹管的缺陷检测具有良好的应用前景。Corrugated pipesare widely used vibration-mitigation row piles,which is significant to reduce the building vibration. Their damage directly affect the service life and functionality of the row piles. Nondestructive testing of the corrugated pipesis an effective measure to evaluate its working status. This paper established the finite element model of the corrugated pipes,analyzed the guided wave modes and obtained the dispersion curves. The ultrasonic guided wave propagation process in corrugated pipes was simulatedusing finite element simulation software,and a synthetic focusing methodwasproposedfor defect detection. The results showed that the location and shape of thedefects were accurately obtained by this method. It can greatly improve the detection reliability and accuracy,and will have good application prospects for defect detection of corrugated pipes.
