摘  要:通过在自密实混凝土中单掺、混掺聚丙烯长纤维、高分子聚合物纤维、50 mm钢纤维和35 mm钢纤维四种不同种类和尺寸的纤维,制作成棱柱体和立方体两种试件进行轴心抗拉试验,研究纤维种类、尺寸、掺量等因素对自密实混凝土抗拉强度的影响情况和混杂效应。研究结果表明:当纤维的体积掺量小于0.3%时,纤维对基体抗拉强度的增强效果由强到弱的顺序是:50 mm钢纤维>35 mm钢纤维>聚丙烯长纤维>高分子聚合物纤维;而当纤维掺量较大时,两种合成纤维表现出更好的增强效果;长纤维优于短纤维的增强效果;当固定35 mm钢纤维掺量为20 kg/m^3时,混杂纤维自密实混凝土抗拉强度随着聚丙烯长纤维掺量的增加呈现先升后降的趋势,当其掺量为4 kg/m^3时,增强效果最佳,呈现出正混杂效应。Four kinds of fibers were prepared. Mixing macro-polypropylene fiber,polymer synthetic fiber,50 mm steel fiber and 35 mm steel fiber in self-compacting concrete,prism and cube two specimens for axial tensile test are made. The effects of fiber type,size and content on the tensile strength of self-compacting concrete and the effect of mixing were studied. The results show that, the enhancement effect of fiber on the tensile strength of the matrix changes from strong to week: 50 mm steel fiber > 35 mm steel fiber > macropolypropylene fiber > polymer synthetic fiber when the volume fraction of the fiber is less than 0. 3%. When the fiber content is larger, the two kinds of synthetic fibers show better enhancement effect than steel fiber. Longer fiber,better enhancement effect. The mixed use of steel fiber and macro polypropylene fiber can have a good enhancement effect and the optimal hybrid effect,when the two kinds of fiber content were 20 kg /m3 and 4 kg /m3 .
