摘  要:针对现阶段配电网智能化程度低、与微网联合调度经济性差等问题,在考虑实时电价计费和完全利用微网电能的情况下,利用主动配电网技术构建以配电网-微网运维支出最低、联合调度环境损耗最小和用户负荷波动最平缓为优化目标的调度模型。基于高斯加权粒子群算法,求解调度模型最优方案。以添加风机、光伏、微燃机及储能装置的配电网为算例模型,通过比较3种运行方式,分析配网添加微电源、储能装置和改变拓扑对优化目标的影响,时延结果验证了该方法有效性。Aiming at the problems of low intelligent degree of distribution network and poor economic efficiency of joint dispatch with micro-grid at present,under the consideration of real-time electricity pricing and full utilization of micro-grid electric energy,based on the active distribution network technology,the dispatching model with the lowest operation and maintenance expenditure,the mini. mum environmental loss of joint dispatching and the most gentle fluctuation of user load is constructed. The Gaussian weighted particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal scheduling model. Taking the distribution network of wind energy,photovolta. ic,micro-gas turbine and energy storage unit as an example model,by comparing the three operation modes,the optimization of distri. bution network by adding micro power source,energy storage device and changing topology is analyzed. The results show that the pro. posed method is effective.
