摘　　要：自习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出"中国已经进入高质量发展时期"以来,如何实现高质量发展,已经成为各界关注的焦点。论文以中国制造高质量发展为研究对象,阐述了高质量发展是新时代经济发展的根本要求,总结了全球质量管理的发展历程和中国质量管理发展的特点,分析了中国制造的质量现状及存在的突出问题,提出了中国制造高质量发展应实现的七大转变及其相应的四大举措。Since Chairman Xi Jinping has stated in the 19th Conference report that "China has entered into the period of high quality development", how to achieve high quality development has become the focus of the public. This paper first takes high quality development of manufacturing in China as the research object, and then expounds that the high quality development is the basic requirement of the economic development in the new era. Further, it summarizes the development phase of the global quality management and the characteristics of the development of quality management of China. In addition, it analyzes the current conditions and problems of the quality of Chinese manufacturing, and puts forward the seven major transformations to be achieved and corresponding four measures to be implemented in order to fulfill high quality development of manufacturing in China.
