摘  要:随着无线通信技术的发展,以通信卫星技术为主的电子设备向小型化、智能化、多样化方向发展。该天线采用耦合馈电模式,基本几何结构由微带辐射贴片和微带带通滤波器组成,整个天线尺寸仅12.3 mm×28.5 mm×0.787 mm。通过在传统天线的馈线上加载滤波器形成了滤波天线的集成化设计,集辐射、阻抗匹配、滤波为一体,且结构紧凑、便于小型化,具有高选择性。用基于数值方法中的时域有限差分法(FDTD)作为分析滤波器电磁特性的工具,同时与基于有限元全波分析方法的高频电磁软件(HFSS)构建的模型进行正确性的验证。With the development of wireless communication technology, electronic devices based on communication satellite technology are developing towards the direction of miniaturization, intellectualization and diversification. The antenna adopts a coupled feed mode, and the basic geometry consists of a microstrip radiation patch and a microstrip bandpass filter. The entire antenna size is only 12.3×28.5×0.787mm3. The integrated design of the filter antenna is realized by loading the filter on the feeder of the conventional antenna, it integrates radiation, impedance matching and filtering, and has compact structure, easy miniaturization, and high selectivity. The time domain finite difference method (FDTD) based on the numerical method is used as a tool to analyze the electromagnetic characteristics of the filter, and the model constructed by the high frequency electromagnetic software (HFSS) based on the finite element full wave analysis method is verified.
