摘  要:基于微带设计了一种X波段满带小型化微带环行器。为了满足环行器的长度小于等于6 mm,宽度小于等于5 mm的要求,选择的铁氧体形状为三角形柱,并且为单层,中心导体选择为双Y结构;为了获得满带带宽,对输出端口和隔离端口的中心导体处增加一级匹配,选择介质基板的相对介电常数为15.5,铁氧体的相对介电常数也为15.5。仿真结果表明,设计的环行器,驻波和隔离在X波段内小于-18.5 dB,插入损耗大于-0.8 dB。Based on microstrip, an X-band full-band miniaturized microstrip circulator is designed. In order to meet the requirement that the length of the circulator should be less than or equal to 6 mm and the width less than or equal to 5 mm, the selected ferrite shape is a single-layer triangular column, while the center conductor selected as a double Y structure. And in order to obtain full-bandwidth, a first-order matching is added to the center conductor of the output port and the isolation port, and the relative dielectric constant of the dielectric substrate is selected to be 15.5, and the relative dielectric constant of the ferrite also 15.5. The simulation results indicate that the standing wave and isolation of the designed circulator are less than -18.5 dB in the X-band, while the insertion loss greater than -0.8 dB.
