摘 要:民宿旅游是乡村振兴的重要抓手,针对仍延续"农家乐"发展模式的京郊乡村民宿,以车耳营村为案例地,从游客需求出发探讨其转型升级的主要方向。提出可将商务市场作为主要的客源市场,主打商务民宿品牌,借助中关村的科技优势,提升整体民宿氛围。同时提出商务市场极有可能成为京郊民宿继亲子、家庭两大旅游市场之后的另一重大客源市场。Homestay tourism is an important approach to rural revitalization. In view of the rural homestay in suburbans of Beijing that still continue the development mode of “farm stay”. This paper discussed the main direction of itstransformation and upgrading from the perspective of tourists’ demands with the case of Cheerying Village. It was proposed that the commercial market can be taken as the main customer market. It should focus on the commercial homestay brand with the help of the scientific and technological advantages of Zhongguancun. Simultaneously, it could improve the overall homestay atmosphere. At the same time, the business market is very likely to become a major tourist source market after the Parent-child market and family market.
