摘 要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱法多波长同时测定不同产地杜仲雄花茶中桃叶珊瑚苷、绿原酸和京尼平苷3种活性成分含量。[方法]采用Thermal Hypersil BDS C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温26℃;多波长检测206、238、327 nm。[结果]桃叶珊瑚苷、绿原酸和京尼平苷均在测定范围内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 1)。同一时期内采集,不同产地的杜仲雄花茶因环境的影响,桃叶珊瑚苷、绿原酸和京尼平苷的含量差异较大。[结论]所建方法简便快捷、重现性好,可用于杜仲雄花茶桃叶珊瑚苷、绿原酸及京尼平苷的测定。[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of aucubin,chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea from different habitatsat multiple wavelengths.[Method]Thermal Hypersil BDS C18 ( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was used for gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid solution.The flow rate was1.0 mL/min;column temperature was26 ℃;multiwavelength detection:206 nm,238 nm,327 nm.[Result]Aucubin, chlorogenic acid and geniposide showed good linear relationships (r ≥0.9991) in the determination range.The contentsof aucubin, chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea collected in the same period vary greatly due to environmental influences.[Conclusion]The established method is simple, rapid and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of aucubin, chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides male flower tea.
