摘　　要：假日综合征对人体的影响一直颇受关注,其本质源于负面情绪,不仅会引发全身多系统功能失调,诱发心律失常,而且可能使原有心脏疾病加重。假日综合征的发病机制与神经内分泌调节失衡密切相关,与自主神经系统调节失衡也有关系。假日综合征一旦出现,或多或少会影响人们正常的生活状态,严重时甚至危及生命,因此,关注假日综合征并予以恰当的调节十分必要。假日综合征最根本的对治方法是从调理生理、心理两方面入手,采用五官调节法、宣泄释放法、理智消解法、正念减压疗法,必要时采取医疗对治方案,方能更好地减轻负面情绪给人体造成的危害。The effects of holiday syndrome on the human body have received considerable attention.Holiday syndrome essentially derives from negative emotion.It gives rise to multisystem dysfunction,induces arrhythmia,and may aggravate original heart diseases further.The pathogenesis of holiday syndrome is closely related to the imbalance of neuroendocrine regulation,and also associates with the imbalance of autonomic nervous system regulation.Once holiday syndrome has developed,normal state of life will be more or less disturbed,and life is threatened even in severe cases.Therefore,it is very necessary to pay attention to holiday syndrome and make adequate regulation.The most fundamental treatment of holiday syndrome is to start with physiological and psychological regulation.In order to relieve harmful effect of negative emotions on the human body,it is suggested to adopt various methods including the five-sense-organs-regulation method,catharsis-release method,rational digestion method and mindfulness decompression therapy,and take medical therapeutic regimen if necessary.
