体育特色小镇的建设思路探析

摘　　要：体育特色小镇是特色小镇衍生的新兴事物,体育特色小镇产生有其思想起点、经济起点和逻辑起点。研究认为,从体育特色小镇的缘起到特色成型,需要对一些关键点予以支撑。这些关键支撑点既是出于诸如当地乡镇政府行政管理能力、体育特色小镇的特色体现、稳定的人力资源等内生性需求,也是源于持续稳定的金融支撑以及公平、公正、有序的市场竞争环境等外部性需要。因此,建议加快体育特色小镇政府职能改革、精准把握体育特色小镇的内涵与定位、重视政策引导与小镇居民主体回应的双向互动影响。The sports characteristic town is a new thing derived from the characteristic town ? The sports characteristic town has its ideological starting point, economic starting point and logical starting point. According to the study,it is nec essary to obtain some key support points from the origin of the sports characteristic town. These key support points are de rived from endogenous demand such as the administrative capacity of local township governments, the characteristics of sports towns,and the stable human resources. They are also derived from external needs such as sustained financial sup port and an orderly market competition environment of fairness and justice. Therefore, it is recommended to speed up the reform of the function of the sports town government, accurately grasp the connotation and orientation of the sports charac teristic town, and pay attention to the two-way interactive influence of policy guidance and the main body residents? re sponse .
