摘　　要：青海拉面经济经过30多年的发展已经成为青海的一张"名片",为青海劳务输出提供了渠道,为青海农牧民脱贫致富作出了重要贡献。面对残酷的市场竞争,如何加快青海拉面转型升级,促其健康发展?研究发现:青海拉面经济利用互联网思维可以撬动青海特色农牧业产业基地建设,以现代化信息科技手段,可以实现青海农牧区的现代化、信息化和乡村振兴,实现共同富裕的目的。一碗面也可以打造出千亿乃至万亿产值的产业。After more than 30 years of development, Qinghai Ramen economy has become a “business card” in Qinghai, which provides a channel for Qinghai labor export and makes an important contribution to Qinghai farmers and herdsmen getting rid of poverty and getting rich. Facing the cruel market competition, how to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Qinghai Ramen and promote its healthy development? It is found that the use of Internet thinking can motivate the construction of agricultural and animal husbandry industry bases with Qinghai characteristics. By means of modern information technology, the modernization of information technology and Rural Revitalization in Qinghai's agricultural and pastoral areas can be realized, and the goal of common prosperity can be achieved. A bowl of noodles can also create an industry with hundreds of billions or even trillions of output value.
