摘　　要：2014年3月,国务院批准了5家网络试点银行,其中有些银行发展成为"纯网银无实体"的纯网络银行。纯网络银行的健康有序发展离不开监管部门的有效监管。为此,本文将先借助进化博弈模型分析纯网络银行与监管部门之间的监管问题,然后在分析我国纯网络银行监管现状的基础上,提出有针对性的监管建议。The State Council approved the establishment of five private banks in March 2014.The WeBank and the MYbank will develop into pure Internet banks without banking offices. Without the efficient supervision of relevant departments, pure Internet banks cannot develop healthy and orderly .We first analyzed the relationship of pure Internet banks and supervision departments with the establishment of evolutionary game theory model . Then we analyzed status and problems of pure Internet banks supervision. And on this basis we put forward supervisory suggestion.
