摘  要:由于目前浮法在线阳光镀膜工艺及设备所存在的局限性,不能适应浮法玻璃在线高速拉引下的镀膜玻璃的生产。镀膜设备在镀膜过程中出现的问题,影响了镀膜玻璃产品质量,被迫缩短了镀膜玻璃的生产周期,影响了企业的经济效益。通过进一步研发,对原有镀膜工艺和镀膜设备进行技术改进和提升,提高了镀膜玻璃产品质量,延长了镀膜玻璃生产周期。Due to the limitation of float on-line sunlight control coating technology and equipment, the production of coating sunlight control coating glass can not be achieved on the high speed drawing float glass line. The problems of coating equipment in the coating process will affect the quality of coated glass, shorten the service life of the coating line, and cut down the economic benefits of the enterprise. Through our research and development,the coating technology and equipment have been improved and upgraded, the quality of coated glass has been improved, the production period or service life of coating line has been extended .
