摘  要:应用动力学试验与燃烧管试验手段评价烃类溶剂萃取后转火驱开发的可行性。动力学试验结果表明,戊烷萃取后萃余物的高温氧化反应释放了较多的热量,随着高温反应的开始,温度升高了235℃,可以维持有效燃烧。燃烧管试验表明,萃余物燃烧平稳持续了330min,直至前缘突破。燃烧尾气中除了CO2、CO和O2外,还检测到由残存戊烷裂解生成的CH4。燃烧过程中萃余物能够维持较高的温度,使燃烧前缘平稳向前推进。前缘推进速度为0.212cm/min,燃烧区的平均温度为471℃。戊烷萃取后的超稠油萃余物能够以火驱的方式进行开采,证实了烃类溶剂萃取后转火驱开发技术的可行性。研究成果对拓展火烧油层开采超稠油的应用具有重要的指导意义。Kinetics and combustion tube experiments were carried out to investigate the feasibility of in-situ combustion post solvent extraction in an ultra-viscous heavy oil reservoir.Kinetics results showed that the crude post pentane extraction released a large amount of heat during combustion and the temperature was elevated by 235 ℃.The combustion tube experiment showed that combustion of crude sustained for 330 minutes after pentane extraction until fire breakthrough.CH 4,resulting from pentane pyrolysis,was detected in the effluent gases in addition to CO2,CO and O2.The combustion front propagated at 0.212 cm/min and the average temperature was 471 ℃.It has proven that in-situ combustion can be effective in the situation where solvent extraction is applied beforehand.The research exhibits importance of extending application of in-situ combustion in ultra-viscous heavy oil reservoirs.
