摘　　要：促进成果转化是科技创新的重要部分。在科技成果转化为现实生产力的过程中,科技中介机构是推动科技成果转化的关键环节。然而,当前广东省存在科技成果转化率不高、科技中介机构缺位的问题。通过分析广东省科技创新现状,指出广东省科技中介机构促进科技成果转化过程中存在的问题,并提出相关对策与建议。Promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important part of scientific and technological innovation. In the process of transforming scientific and technological achievements into realistic productive forces, scientific and technological intermediary institutions are the key links to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. However, at present, there are problems of low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and the absence of science and technology intermediary institutions in Guangdong province. Based on the analysis of the current situation of scientific and technological innovation, this paper points out the problems existing in the process of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Guangdong science and technology intermediary institutions, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
