民营企业参与精准扶贫精准脱贫的毕节模式――以恒大集团帮扶毕节试验区为例

摘　　要：恒大集团参与毕节试验区精准扶贫、精准脱贫,补齐毕节试验区扶贫短板,为毕节试验区打赢"113"脱贫攻坚战,实现同步小康发挥了巨大的作用。恒大集团在参与精准扶贫的实践中,创新精准扶贫机制,勇于啃硬骨头,全方位开展精准扶贫工作。在帮扶过程中,变点式帮扶为整县向整市推进,变间接帮扶为直接参与,变单一捐资为立体帮扶,变大水漫灌为精准滴灌,形成了民营企业直接参与精准扶贫的新模式,为民营企业参与补短板,促进共同富裕提供了好的范例,也为民营企业参与精准扶贫、精准脱贫打造样板。Evergrand participated in the targeted poverty alleviation, made up the shortcomings of poverty alleviation, played a great role in winning the battle of “113” poverty alleviation and achieving a well-off society in Bijie experimental area. In the practice of participating in targeted poverty alleviation, Evergrand has innovated the targeted poverty alleviation mechanism and carried out all-round work. In the process of poverty alleviation, changing from helping the whole county to the whole city, from indirect assistance to direct participation, from single donation to three-dimensional assistance, from flood irrigation to precise drip irrigation, a new model of direct participation of private enterprises in targeted poverty alleviation has been formed, which provides a good example for private enterprises to participate in making up for shortcomings and promoting common prosperity, and also build a model for private enterprises to participate in targeted poverty alleviation.
