产前检查免疫检验项目的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的对产前检查免疫检验项目的临床应用价值进行研究分析。方法将我院2017年1月-2018年12月所收治的120例预产期孕妇设为本次实验研究对象,根据孕妇的检查方式将其分为试验组与对照组,各60例,其中对照组采取常规检查方式,试验组在此基础之上进行免疫检验项目检查,并对两组研究对象的高危妊娠发生率进行比较分析。结果对照组高危妊娠发生率为5.0%,试验组高危妊娠发生率为13.3%,数据比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前检查免疫检验项目,具有十分显著的临床价值,可于临床之中予以进一步研究推广。Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of prenatal immunological examination. Methods 120 expectant pregnant women admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the pregnant women's examination. 60 cases in the test group and 60 cases in the control group. On the basis of this, the test group carried out immunoassay and compared the incidence of high-risk pregnancy between the two groups. Results The incidence of high-risk pregnancy was 5.0% in the control group and 13.3% in the test group. There was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The items of prenatal immunological examination are of great clinical value and can be further studied and popularized in clinic.
