摘　　要：促进大学生自主创业的法律保障立法存在诸多不足,严重制约大学生自主创业的成功。完善大学生创业法律保障制度应重点关注理发的高度、社会的歧视、社会发展速度等,促进、推动、保障大学生自主创业实践的成功,促进经济社会的持续稳定发展。There are many shortcomings in the legal security and legislation for promoting college students’ self-employment, which seriously restricts the success of college students’ self-employment. The improvement of college students’ entrepreneurial legal security system should focus on the height of legislation, social discrimination, the speed of social development and so on, should promote and ensure the success of college students’ self-employment practice, and should promote the sustainable and stable development of economic society.
